The morning’s yoga session will allow you release built-up tension, bring flexibility & openness to your body as well as stimulating all your body systems. The breathwork will give you a feeling of ‘groundedness’ and help reconnect you to a calmer inner self.
During the One-day Wellness Retreat you will learn a skillset to better equip you to manage stress & anxiety in the future: an easy yoga sequence, calming & energising breathing techniques, nature-inspired mindfulness practices and a meditation experience you can reproduce at home.
The day is designed to help you relax & disconnect, experience & practice and find joy in movement & stillness.
