One-Day Wellness - Norfolk Yoga Retreat

The day is designed to help you relax & disconnect, experience & practice and find joy in movement & stillness.

The morning includes breathwork & yoga sessions at the retreat centre, followed by a delicious lunch served in the garden when sunny.  You’ll then spend the afternoon enjoying a guided walk and breathwalk at the beach, culminating with afternoon tea in a beach property garden by the river.

This is my signature Norfolk Yoga Retreat; it all started with this yoga retreat back in lockdown in 2020.

I include breathwork in all my yoga retreats, however the Finding Space Retreat includes the “Breathe Better, Stress Less” workshop. For this reason, it is popular with guests looking to better manage & mitigate their stress & anxiety.
